Granola Bars

At home easy Granola Bars


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old fashion Oats

  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of choice

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • Mini chocolate chips or Dark Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli 72% Cacao)

  • 2 eggs

  • flax seeds

  • chia seeds

  • add in/mix in protein powder if desired

    • might need a little water unless it mixes well in pb or nut butter of choice.


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Measure and mix all ingredients in a bowl or mixer

  3. Once all ingredients are combined put parchment paper down on pan

  4. Press all the ingredients firmly down on pan and spread evenly

    1. for desired thickness

    2. I always add a little bit more chocolate chips on top and press down

  5. Bake for 15ish minutes or until it is golden brown

  6. Let cool before cutting in to desired sections/shapes

  7. keep in container or ziplock bag


Note: add some more honey if needed, or peanut butter..
