At home easy Granola Bars
Ingredients
3 cups Old fashion Oats
3/4 cup Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of choice
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
Mini chocolate chips or Dark Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli 72% Cacao)
2 eggs
flax seeds
chia seeds
add in/mix in protein powder if desired
might need a little water unless it mixes well in pb or nut butter of choice.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Measure and mix all ingredients in a bowl or mixer
Once all ingredients are combined put parchment paper down on pan
Press all the ingredients firmly down on pan and spread evenly
for desired thickness
I always add a little bit more chocolate chips on top and press down
Bake for 15ish minutes or until it is golden brown
Let cool before cutting in to desired sections/shapes
keep in container or ziplock bag
Note: add some more honey if needed, or peanut butter..
